We were up in Cupertino a couple of weekends ago with some friends from Canada and got the chance to hang out with Amy Seeley. For those of you like us who are always looking for awesome music, you have got to check out Amy’s stuff. I first learned about her music last year and was completely captivated by her voice in her song – Gravel Lines. The sound of the keys and the tone of that piece is just out of this world – when I hear it, I just want to sit there and listen to it from beginning to end. And then listen to it again. It’s absolutely incredible.

On the drive home to LA, we listened to her album // Eight Belles // and had it on repeat for hours as we talked about what it means to be an artist, filming, new ideas and of course, music. I love when I come across something so real. so unique. and so powerful. It evokes emotions that just grabs a hold of you for the duration of the song. Amy has an amazing talent and I’m so happy that we were able to meet her. It’s a shame the hotel we stayed at didn’t have a piano in the lounge because I haven’t yet had the privilege to listen to her perform live and would love to experience her music in a different light.
